Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 cup of cashews

1 cup water

2 bananas

1/2 cup honey

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon dried ginger

1 vanilla bean, scraped

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients except for the chia seeds in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour mixture over the chia seeds and allow to soak for at least 30 minutes.
